  • Day-Of-Event Coordination

    $1,400

    Leave the checklists and communication to us! Here’s what you get —

    • Initial Consultation — free of charge, we’ll talk through our services and what you’re looking for to see if we’re a good fit! 

    • Details to Consider — we’ll provide you with a list of details to go through before your day so you can establish your vision and pass the responsibilities off to us.

    • 3 Pre-Wedding meetings, typically including a month-out check-in, a venue walk-through, and a week-out check in! 

    • Access to an assortment of decor & supplies, as well as activity suggestions.

    • Rehearsal Assistance (90 minutes), including processional/recessional choreography, ceremony timing, and task delegation.

    • Day-Of Timelines — we’ll help you create your event timeline and manage it throughout the day. 

    • Vendor Coordination and Communication — we’ll welcome vendors and be their primary point-of-contact. 

    • Up to 10 Hours of Wedding Day Coordination — we’ll be there to oversee setup, check on vendors, keep track of the schedule, and take care of you and your bridal party during this timeframe! 

    • Troubleshooting — we’ll be the point-of-contact for all questions, problems, and requests day-of-event. And don’t worry, we’ll do our best to make any unexpected happenings go unnoticed or be remembered as a part of the fun rather than a distraction.

    • Most importantly, we’ll help you and your future spouse immerse yourself in your celebration with peace of mind, knowing that all of the logistics are being handled.
